We made a lot of progress and over the next few weeks will be finishing up the plan. I am enjoying helping continuing education programs build their One-Year Business Plans. The LERN Model serves as an excellent way to get the continuing education team focused on programming, marketing, sales, and operations requirements for the upcoming year.
