The last week of June the whole Augusoft Team meets in Minneapolis, MN. Time is spent preparing for the next twelve months, as well providing remote and onsite employees the opportunity to work face2face together. I am invited as LERN's liaison with Augusoft and I provide an industry perspective and my recommendations regarding sales, marketing, customer service/implementation, business development, and product development. I am very excited about Augusoft's next twelve months, especially the new features being added to Lumens.
