Julia King Tamang and I traveled to Phoenix, Arizona to work with the Maricopa Corporate College. The Maricopa District is setting up a separate College to focus on contract sales, so Julia and I spent three days working with staff on transition strategies. Susie Pulido, MCC's VP for Business Development is leading the charge and doing a great job getting buy-in and managing the transition. The temperatures in Phoenix topped 100 degrees the whole week! After Phoenix I traveled to Bismarck State College in North Dakota to work with staff on staffing structure changes they are putting in place to allow revenue generators to generate more revenue. The temperatures in ND were in the 60s!
