I consider Iowa my home away from home. This week I visited Hawkeye Community College in Cedar Falls, Iowa. I have been working with HCC for over five years and they have a new Executive Director, Aaron Sauerbei, who is going to take HCC Business & Community Education to the next level. We spent lots of time working on a variety of issues to help streamline work flow, as well as putting in place a process for setting goals and running meetings. Very exciting work. I will be back at HCC in September!
