From the 95 degrees of Tucson, Arizona, I traveled to Duluth, Minnesota to work with the Continuing Education Team at the University of Minnesota Duluth. CE has been making many changes the last few years and is now positioned to be a winning continuing education unit. This week we built a FY14 One-Year Plan, as well as discussing ways to increase their noncredit programming mix. The CE Team is committed to growing revenue and are adding marketing and sales positions. While in Duluth, I missed the snowstorm that hit Minneapolis!
