The LERN Executive Leadership Institute in Tucson, AZ was a big success. I had a lot of fun presenting with Bill Draves and the weather was outstanding…no snow and lots of sunshine! I had a chance to present on my new passion…your internal operating system and got lots of good feedback. Over the weekend I attended the LERN Leader Retreat, also in Tucson which generated lots of new ideas from people living continuing, community, and corporate education day-in and day-out.
