Headed to warmer weather in Gainesville, Texas this week to do a Program Review for North Central Texas College Division of Lifelong Learning. Djuna Forrester has doubled the Division's size in just three years and is running a very successful program. She and her team are working hard centralizing operations, so Program Coordinators can generate more revenue. Doing a real nice job also managing a variety of grants but not negatively impacting revenue generating programming.
